Refund Policy

At One Build Geelong, we are committed to providing quality workmanship and professional service on every project.

Deposits are refundable within 30 days of payment, provided works have not commenced and materials have not been ordered specifically for the project.

Once a project has commenced, or within 30 days of the scheduled project start date, deposits become non-refundable as costs may have been incurred for planning, administration, scheduling, and material procurement.

Any refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing. One Build Geelong reserves the right to deduct any costs already incurred in relation to the project prior to issuing a refund.
